Orders & Shipping

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most packages arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.

Q: Do you offer in-store pickup?
A: Currently, we only offer shipping. If we are participating in a pop-up event at your campus, pickup may be available—please check event details or contact us in advance.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return my items for a refund?
A: No, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Q: What if the item doesn't fit? Can I exchange it?
A: Yes! We accept exchanges only for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at gurnickacademystore@gmail.com with your order number to initiate the process.

Q: Do I have to pay for shipping when exchanging an item?
A: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs involved in sending the item back to us. We cover the shipping of the replacement item back to you.

Q: How do I know which size to order?
A: Each product page includes a size chart to help you choose the best fit. For scrubs, please refer to our measurement guide for the most accurate fit.

Q: Are the uniforms approved for Gurnick Academy programs?
A: Yes, we specify in each product description which program the item is approved for. Please review the item details carefully to ensure you’re selecting the correct uniform for your program.

Q: Can I customize items with my name or program?
A: Some items may be eligible for personalization. Please contact us if you’re interested in adding custom embroidery to your order.
