Return & Exchange Policy – Gurnick Academy Official Store
At the Gurnick Academy Official Store, we do not offer returns. However, we are happy to provide exchanges within 14 days of receiving items that meet the criteria below.
Exchange Eligibility
We accept exchanges for:
- Incorrect sizes
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item received
All items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
How It Works
All exchanges must be created through our Store Exchange Portal.
To begin:
- Log in using the same email address used to place the order
- Enter your order number in the format GA-1234
- Follow the portal instructions to complete your request
Once the exchange is created, the return items must be shipped back within 7 days.

Exchange Fee
A flat fee of $16.99 applies to each exchange request.
This fee covers processing and return shipping for your replacement item(s).
Processing & Replacement
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item.
- Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
- We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our policy criteria.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds. Exchanges only.
